Yeah I really like that armor. I, think it's better than fissure. The only good fissure is female mesmer, both male and female necromancers, and the warriors are alright too.

I was told it was the now discontinued Adept's Armor. I remember seening screenshots for chapter 1 before it was released that showed images of players wearing this armor, but only someone who was an active Ele during beta/early days can confirm or deny this.

As for my opinion on this set...I personally think it looks like total crap; this comes from the fact that think Eles have the best looking FoW armor in the game, hands down. Imho

if we had access to wearing that and didnt have access to regular pyromancers youd think that regular pyromancers was da shiz. Its just because you cant access it that makes it uberly cool!

Technically that's inaccurate...Fissure armor requires 15k per piece (excluding Scars and Ascetic armor).

But anyway, I do like that armor, but only if it were dyed a different color (it's ugly as is). I think it would look great blue or green.
