What's a good W/Mo build for leveling (1-20) and for PvE only?

Eh? What are you playing... World of Warcraft? I ask because this used to be a frequent question there.
This game isnt anything like WoW where one build takes you through the entire game. Just use whatever skills you get as quest rewards. I suggest try them all to experience firsthand what is good and what is not. You can change your build as many times as you like, you dont have heartburns for build changes like WoW. Here people mostly worry about specific builds when they want to farm a particular place at end game.
An easy and fun way to level is follow the main storyline missions/bonuses and just keep doing the quests that give you skills for your primary and secondary professions as rewards. You will reach lvl 20 by the time you reach Crystal Desert.
