Hey everyone, I was just wondering if someone could help me find out how to get my characters face for my avatar. Please message me in game = Blist X

How about on the forum? I don't feel like opening up gw to tell you but do this.
Zoom in on your characters head (ingame, using mouse wheel)
Press the Prt Scrn Button(default screen capture key)
It should say something like Screenshot gwXXX saved to C:/guild wars(something along the lines)
Open gwXXX with MSPaint
Select the 'Select' tool
Draw a sqaure around your characters head that is 100px by 100px
Press ctrl+c(to copy)
Open up a new MSPaint
Press ctrl+v (so that it pastes his head)
Than resize the MSPaint window to fit his head in 'snuggly'
Than save as avatar.gif in My Pictures
Than go to User CP
Than on the Control Panel select edit avatar
Select upload avatar, than brows to avatar.gif
