Factions Preorder Key

the preorder key that you recieve after ordering factions, that you can then use to claim the preorder items, can you use that to play the game? i mean if i preorder the game, do i have to wait for the cd or can i play just using the key without having to even open the game?

during the headstart period yes.

for 24 hours on the 28th yes.

after that you have to enter a retail key or stay in chapter 1 until you do.

if you played the events Factions is already on your hard drive

so i cant use the key for the whole time? i have to actually open the game case and get the key?

The preorder key is only good for the headstart event, after that you have to open the factions game and get that key in order to continue playing
