for Curse or Blood Necro as long as the requirement is lower if its Blood as i run higher on curses
i want a +15 Energy single hand primary weapon, not the offhand. should be a Truncheon or Deadly Cesta.. likely a Truncheon for Curse.
i think the max here is +15, with a -1 to regen
should be cold damage ONLY. i can get a collectors truncheon with Dark Damage
i dont think there is a collectors that matches this unless i overlooked it
i already have the max accursed icon and am trying to create a max evergy build
