Lightning Damage 15-28 (req. 8)
Dmg. +20% while health is below 50% (perfect mod)
Health +27 (Fairly good health mod)


Please be honest, I'd like a good pc range, thanks to whoever can help me.

I would salvage for +27hp, otherwise try to find a collector and ask 5-8k.

would the +27hp mod be worth anything decent?

Mhhh lately prices for mods are crazy, i guess you could make 5k from it.
