Does bleeding stack?

If I use skills like Sever Artery or Deadly Riposte repeatedly, then does the bleeding from these stack or does it just renew its duration?

Bonus question: While I am at it.. do deep wounds stack after repeated use of Gash? Answer seems like no, but wanted to confirm.
