I would like to find out what I could get for these two items:

Magmas Sheild
Armor: 15 (Req 8 strength)
Reduces Blind duration on you by 20%

Truncheon
Dark Dmg: 11 - 21 (Req 9 Blood Magic)
Energy +4(while health is above 50%)
Halves casting time of Blood Magic Spells(chance 18%)
