15^50 vs. 15^stance.

So what do you guys prefer? =p

I've had a collectors 15^50 for since I started the game pretty much (3 weeks or so), but recently bought a 15^stance. I *think* I like the stance one better, but I'm an idiot and can't remember to be in a stance 100% of the time.

For PvE I use Flurry and Rush, for PvP I can stay in Rush about 95% of the time, so I take Flurry out. If I ever get to endgame PvP, GvG etc., I suppose I could put in Frenzy instead.

Anyhow, I digress. Gimme your thoughts!

EDIT- Feel free to include any other mods you like, too. =)

I know this wasn't part of your question, but I prefer "while enchanted" because almost all of my builds (pve) figgure i'll be enchanted all the time. So to answer your question - do you spend more time in a stance, or do you spend more time above 50% health?

Let's put it this way. It all comes down to what your build uses. If your maintaining a stance use a stance sword. If you have one with good healing rate use ^ 50%. If you are maintaining an enchantment use the while enchanted swords. My point simply is it's all situational.

Many warrior builds, particularly hammers, rely on energy skills. I prefer -10AL while attacking, which I wish were an option for PvP-only toons.

The lesson learned: be a packrat! hehehe

One 15^50% weapon
One 15% enchanted weapon
One 15% in stance weapon
One 20<50% weapon
Or suck up the -5 energy and some money and carry a 15%/-5 or -10 weapon

And to be truly flexible you'll want a sword, axe and hammer version of each... and a bow... and about 10 shields.

*faints*

I use a 15% while in stance Zealous Fellblade. With this I can spam flurry for my stance weapon and shield and also get about 6 energy back from flurry so can keep this up all the time and have the benefit of flurry charging my adren.

There's mesmer stances that last very long. Physical resistance, elemental resitance etc...

It really depends on what you're doing.

In PvE, damage reduction from stances like physical resistance might be more effective than 75% blocking chance

Means you have to put points into inspiration though. Plus there's a hefty penalty of taking more damage from physical if using elemental resistance and vice versa.

3 points in Inspiration (leftovers) get you a 42 second stance so duration isn't an issue.

the -24 AL to elemental (or physical in the case of Ele Resist) can be a bummer though, your right. Can always throw up "watch yourself" to counter.
