Wtb Gold Holy Staff 10/10

I wtb a gold holy staff, req 9 or less with the following mods.

Halves Casting time of spells (10%)
Halves Recharge of spells (10%)

These above mods have to be perfect, i will not buy if they are below 10. ty.

are u looking fora staff or a rod?

im looking for a staff not a rod. i dont even think rods come with both of those mods, they may, not sure. but i am looking for a staff.
