Factions Question

I pre-ordered attented the pve events and all, so tomorrow I bring my receipt to the person at bestbuy and they give it to me?Since I get it earlier or what? Im pretty confused

No, you won't get the release version of the game until the 28th. The key that you entered from the preorder gives you the early access. Technically factions is already sitting on your computer waiting for a big padlock to be removed by the retail key.
