i'm looking for any wand with a
Halves casting time of curses spells (Chance 20%)
mod on it. I have learned in recent days that there are none with req curses, therefore any requirement will do, it dosent even really have to be max damage either, just have the above mod. Good additional mods are a bonus, but not needed
