How do people feel about this? New skill description is:
10e 1/2 cast 20 recharge
Target foes action is interrupted.If this attack hits a foe while casting, you strike for an additional xx damage.

Meh, I never used it before because I thought disrupting chop(20 sec skill disable and adrenaline based) and distracting blow(1/2 second cast time) were better. Even now I don't see how this change is going to make savage slash better. Hooray now it's a 1/2 cast time, but what's the point in an interrupt if you need to wait 20 seconds to use it again not to mention they doubled the cost to 10e. Did they mean to nerf it? Because I for one haven't seen the savage slash spamming warriors dominating pvp lately.

I hate this, it used to be a good skill now its just too costly and takes too long to recharge. Its not like its easy to interrupt skills and stuff that have <2 casting speed and now it just makes the skill pointless. I'd rather use power attack two times for more damage and not have to wait till someone be stupid enough to cast a long spell for me to interrupt

Well I know of a few builds that use it. But to be honest trying to time a Warrior interupt is difficult.
ANet really should work on the skills that NEED fixing. Like Protective Spirit and such but lets not start one of those threads.
I agree with you that editing this skill was kind of pointless. Sword warriors only have 1 interupt as it is. They can hardly use that one. Why would you make one Sword attack cut 10 Energy from a 20 Energy pool 0_0

But the 20sec recharge is only for the skill itself right?
The description doesn't say that if you get interrupted with savage slash, the interrupted skill recharge takes more time.
At least is what i understand :S

It maybe a little nerf to IDS farming as the Tengu in Mineral Springs use it.
