What happen to my Ithas Bow?

I decided to reroll my ranger because a couple co workers are going to play GW(not factions).

So I reroll him and then watch the cut scene. I get to the game and look in my back-pack.

There's a damn hammer instead of my bow.

I've been away for a couple months and just wondering if something's changed.

I really want my Ithas Bow, it's good for a low level ranger.

did u try to type /preorder
You can also check your account under manage access keys and see what features your account has.
It will list the bow as one feature

My original pre order got me the bow. I have 3 other characters with the bow.

The Ranger had one until i rerolled him.

it happened just after this update, i was in LA and someone said they must have messed it up.

so i typed /preorder and got the warpick also.

so i imagine they'll fix it soon, just hang onto the hammer, or put it onto a warrior char.

Wouldn't be able to put it on another warrior seeing its customized to the ranger.

They fixed it already.

Heh, tried to make a warrior to get the hammer and there was a patch before i logged in.

No hammer, but the bow was back.

So, I guess this whole thread is a mote point.

Guess I'll go make my ranger and go from there.
