Doppelganger >:(

I'm having alot of trouble beating the Doppelganger with my N/Me.... anyone have a build that is capable of beating him?

There's a few listed in another post on here (too lazy to look up)... but, you really only need 3 skills with the necro:

Enfeeble
Insidious Parasite
Price of Failure


All you gotta do is close in quick (so he starts wailing on you in melee), cast these three and watch the fun, don't attack. It ends up doing far more damage to itself than you.

With my N/Mo I used: Scourge Sacrifige

just threw in Scourge Sacrifice, and he was down and out within 20seconds, a marvelous sight

"I" was able to kill him in 8 secs with AtB, scourge healing, OoP, OoB, blood renewal. he also used dark aura.
don't know if all of those are available before droks, but it's fun

all sacrifices and backfire (empathy too if you wish), with dom set to max. place backfire at the end of the skill bar. Cast backfire and then empathy, and don't attack. It will be over quick enough.

Mesmer: Hexbreaker + Empathy + Backfire. Before you step on the last stone, use Hexbreaker, then cast empathy on the double. Renew Hexbreaker and cast Backfire. Then just strafe around it's arrows. Remember to take a few steps back after entering to be able to dodge the arrows better. Can be done without hexbreaker, but it does add to damage and makes the fight quicker.Still works
