does anyone have this problem? the cape that is, notice that its bent sorta at 90 degrees.

(ignore the female ranger)

Somehow I think you weren't taking a picture of the cape there.
Anyway last I checked, it was bent for my ranger as well.

The cape has always been bent for sitting Rangers.
