No.... I was hoping so, but maybe they will in another chapter..

NO. As close to a "never" as you will ever have from Anet.

The whole game is based on "more skill, less grind". Higher levels = more grind. Jeff Strain (founder) has says repeatedly they will not raise levels. Ever.

So if you're waiting for that, you're playing the wrong game.

Hell would freeze over twice before Anet lets someone get to level 21.

And may they never cave in to the unknowing few and even consider doing so.

Level 20 cap has to be one of the most brilliant gaming concepts I've seen to date.
