The BRA guild surprise giveaway to kick off Factions has been slated for today between the hours of 4:30 PM PST and 5:30 PM PST. This time though it will be a surprise to everyone. We're only advertising this 2 hours prior to the event, so those lucky enough to be on will get a chance to grab a couple items before taking that huge journey over to Cantha.
This giveaway will be mostly small, but most of the items will be golds. Due to our small giveaway set, we will have a new format for this giveaway. The BRA guild members for the giveaway will be somewhat hidden in an outpost that everyone is guaranteed to have if they have finished the PvE storyline of the game (That doesn't necessarily mean that it's Ember Light Camp though). We will also make sure it is an international district so that everyone can participate. So, if you're lucky enough to be free during this time, come and get some free items and celebrate the release of Factions tonight!

You needed to look all over in Beacon's Perch. Just mapping there and looking around isn't good enough, he was at the far end high up. Eventually another one showed up and they both came down to the main area.
