eh? didn't see anything about the message in the other thread some time ago but could have missed it

It would have been neat if they had the message change randomly after x hours to things like...

"OMG You've been online for x hours. Go outside for a bit!"
"Holy Toledo! You've been playing for x hours. Methinks you should go stretch your legs"

and of course...

"You've been playing for 1 day. Please don't drop dead at your computer"

I got a similar message at just 3 hours..I don't particularly care for it. I mean, if you don't want me to play the game, then I won't buy it..but I certainly don't want the devs/etc telling me what they think I should do.

Or..."You've been playing for 1 day..we're calling your parents and the paramedics."

It's just a polite suggestion and a judicious bit of CYA. What with that chick in China dropping dead after a marathon session of WoW a lot of game companies are adding anti-obsession features.

Not this again... please... this has been said on a thousand threads. If you don't like it then don't pay attention to it, freaking crybaby. It's just a small sentence on your chat. Besides, if you die then ANet lost a customer.

*sigh* This o this. I hear some person played for 3 days NON STOP and died. Poor guy huh?
