Just beat the THK mish, which is nigh high hard. =] You'll be warped to Ember Light Camp, which is in the Rign of Fire island chain. Or you could buy it at droks. I think they have it...

i think the first place MS appears in is Ascalon camp in Kryta

talk to captain greywind in ascalon settlement

get to bergen hotsprings, keep heading north till you see the portal on your right
and then follow the path.
