Ok i know that u get this in ... NORTH KRYTA PROVINCE so please dont give me that response what i dont know is where in the NOrth Kryta Province it is. So ive looked for a while and still have yet to find where this vendor is so please use deatail and describe what city the vendor is outside of just please HELP HELP HELP

Just beat the THK mish, which is nigh high hard. =] You'll be warped to Ember Light Camp, which is in the Rign of Fire island chain. Or you could buy it at droks. I think they have it...
