Just wondering, when factions is released will FoW and UW still be accessible from ToA?, and you can still go down into fow and craft fow and stuff.

as it stands now you can craft FoW armor with the new factions stats.

armor skins are different now

check gw officical site in update section.

Good news i think. Someone said the skins didnt change but they removed armors with same skins and same attributes e.g. wryven and plate armor. From what i have gathered the skins are the same. Good luck on getting your fow armor. I think you are getting ele which is a beautiful set.
