Well it seems to be working for me. I've just registered as "Shadowscar".

And these miniatures look amazing. One question though. What happens if you ahve no space in your inventory? Do you just have to remove something in it and log back in again? or can you not get one?

I think this is way cool
But even more ways to clog up inventory, 2 char slots, and at least as far as I can see no new way to expand inventory?

I mean come on I had backpacks going into my bank in EQ over 5 years ago...
D2's expansion added to storage size, why not at least superior runes holding for bags?

So they're permanent? And if your character is 12 months old you get one.
And could you have a pet and a miniature? Cause that would rock.

yes they are permanent for every character of 12 months old.. so ill have my second in 2 days if i stand correct

i guess, cos the pet cant dissapear can it? i dont have a ranger so i cant try that out...

Hey, guys, here's some info you might like about the birthday gifts. I'm going to post a little fact sheet for you:

• You will receive a birthday gift on any character who is one year old.
• Yes, it's character, not account.
• You may keep that gift forever; it will not expire. (We would not do that to you!)
• You may trade, give, or sell (for in-game currency only!) your gift(s).
• If you exchange with a player who has a character who is less than one year old, the gift will not go away. (Again, we would not do that to our players -- these gifts are yours to share!)
• If you want to see what happens with your 2nd birthday... stay tuned!

This is a small thing, but this is a huge thing, I think, and will please every player in the game. I can't tell you how proud I am of this tiny element, and how much it means to me. I've not seen my pets, yet. I'm on my way now.

And I can only say: Dev Team, you rock!!!
