A good N/E Build...?

I made a N/E tonight and just got out of pre-sear at level 6. Anyways. I was wondering what would be a good setup? I have it set up like this...

Blood Magic - 6
Curses - 1
Fire Magic - 2

Just wondering what modifications would help. Also, I'm trying to achieve a massive damage dealer good for both PvP and PvE...

Maybe get LVL 20 first.. then search the forum for good builds

Know how to find the "search-button" right?

Nah... I'm a complete idiot on how forums work. *rollseyes*

I would use the search function if it worked more then 5% of the time.
