Pre-Order Problem

I pre-ordered Factions online from gameplay.co.uk about a month ago. Earlier I recieved the game boxed. I entered the access key for the game and was hoping to get the 24 head start play, the extra character slots and items. So far I haven't got anything. Was I supposed to get a special key which allows me to have these things?

The special key is the pre-order key. Try email them, with your order referance number. That's what I did and they emailed the code to me.

Remember to state you have not recieved the code via email, and make sure you tell them when you ordered and your order referance number.

I ordered from www.gameseek.co.uk... I had to email them to recieve my pre-order code. It's a little suspicious that I had to do this. Anyway, best of luck to you, and enjoy Factions
