Pre-Order'd Factions, received key, can't unlock Factions Campaign

Hey, I am new to this board. I searched and browsed for a topic similar to the problem I'm having and came up empty handed. I'm not sure if this is the "proper" place to post or whatnot, but since this seems to be the best GW Forum community, I thought I'd ask for some help here.

I pre-ordered Factions on April 13th. I received my Bonus Kit on April 24/25th. As soon as I received the Bonus Kit, I added the Factions Early Access key to my account. I immediately received the bonus Factions Items.

I played Guild Wars during Wednesday Night, and rebooted the client numerous times as new builds were available. I took a break for the last couple hours until the Early Access launched. I came back, and launched the game client and surprisingly had no files to download.

I logged in, and I had 6 character slots.

I clicked create, PvE character, and here's where I ran into my problem..

Factions Campaign is greyed out.

I tried the following remedies:

-Tried creating a new character in all the available slots I have.
-Rebooted PC
-Uninstalled Guild Wars and reinstalled the game client from the Factions Bonus Kit CD
-Tried re-adding the Bonus Kit Early Access CD Key (in the little white booklet) to my account. Said key was "In use". Probably because I already added it...


So I am really at a loss here. I tried to find some kind of support or FAQ soley for GW Factions Early Access related problems but so far all I came up with was the NCSoft ticket support system. I'll likely get an answer from them by the time my Factions game arrives...

Was hoping someone here would have any idea of what I can do to unlock the Factions campaign? I pre-ordered, added the Early Access key.. I should be all set...

Eh okay, after posting this I just launched game again and the Factions Campaign is unlocked. I guess maybe since I added the early access key only a couple days ago I was at the "end of the list" of unlocks /shrug.

Just thought I'd post this update to people who might be having a similar problem. May just have to wait a bit.
