PC flamb sword armor pen +20% (16% chance)

would need more stats to PC, but yeah.. check guildwars.com - the last update changed a bunch of things, including the max sundering to be 20/20 rather than 10/10

20/16 is far from perfect if other mods is bad > merchant imo
