It's already identified (I assume from the white text and the missing 'unidentified' caption) but it contains no rune. That's weird lol, but odd ones used to show up from the Frozen Chest if i remember correctly o_O

i had 2 rares drop for me like that same armour 29 stats etc well i was farming to get more fangs for my tengu mask. My guess on this is they did it to the low lvl armours so u can't just sit and farm lvl3 mobs like i was doing trying to get my fangs well getting a bunch of supiror runes cuz the others runes i picked up outside the marketplace and that with high lvl armour stats all turned out fine just a though

I had a rare yeti rags drop, ID'd it and got the same thing...no rune. I was going to keep it because it was odd but curiousty got the better of me so I salavaged it....I got 6 bolts of cloth.
