Why is there greens that are non-max now? That completely destroys the whole green concept to begin with. I mean, what makes this thing green?

If it's just because it has standard set stats and a special name, then why not just make it blue, like a collector's item (ie. IDS)?

isn't there already that katana blade 15^50 like the ids?
