I just think sitting should help you recover health and energy faster...
So when you're sitting and not taking any damage, you'll get a bonus of 3 pip of health regen and 2 pips of energy regen.
This kind of problem happens a lot in PvE. Just after a battle, everyone need to regenerate their health and energy for the next battle.
I also see a balance problem for this in PvP, the solution is simply disable this in PvP battles.

All partymembers need to type /yoga or /rest and then they sit down or something.
Only if all members do this will you get the regen.
Whenever a partymember gets hit, the rest is interrupted...
I still think an energybar in the party window is better.

Don I dont really think your idea's that great, because of your wierd logic. Why would you need all party members to sit down, then it would be like sitting through a cut scene when some noob wont skip. But I really, however, like light's idea, I see that happening to me alot, and if it's just after a battle there shouldnt be any need to have the 'interrupt' because htere wouldnt be any monsters around.
