The way I see it, this update isn't all that bad, let my show you my reasons-
-Animate bone minions costs 15 energy now, which summons 2 minions
-With no points in death magic, you cannot maintain more than 2 minions at once, summon more and previous ones die
-16 points in soul reaping provides 16 energy every time anything dies, including minions
Add this together and you have a constant flow of energy, considering your minions aren't the only things dying. Thats constant energy management with a summoning skill, only using one slot on your bar, without having to put anything in the attribute its linked to.
