Trouble with Factions and access key

I've been playing Guild Wars for a year. Last week I bought Factions pre-order from Target. When I try to install it finds my current Guild Wars install then asks if I want to 1.Run Guild Wars from the current location, 2.Re-install Guild Wars or 3.Uninstall Guild Wars. When I select Re-install, it takes about 20 seconds, then starts the game, but I don't see that anything got loaded and there is no where in my Account area to allow entering the pre-order key. There is a screen for maintaining access keys, but nowhere to enter anything. It shows Prophecies is installed, but nothing else. What am I doing wrong?

Under where you input your password to login, there is a link:

"Create Account or Add Access Key"

Click that, login , input the Early Access Key.

Somewhere in that access key maintenance area is where you put in the pre-order key.

There's nothing you need to install or modify or anything like that.
