It's been so hard trying to cap this. Can't find him in snake dance, not outside of granite citadel, and not in grenths footprint. And I can never make it to dreadnoughts drift cause thats where he always is.
Thats all it says on the GuildWiki.
Does anyone think they could help me with this?

It took me a while to get this elite, but you just got to have patience with henchies and go slowly to Dreadnought's, there isn't really any easy way to cap this elite.

An MM helps, or would have done before it was nerfed on an epic scale.

Try getting a guildie/friend run you there, or pay someone to run you there.

I made my way there by Deldrimor Warcamp with henchies, so easy job. I found Maw the Mountainheart at top of hill near the Giants, there is no permanent spot he might be, people seen Maw also in grenths footprint! 
Just take henchies with you, no payment needed for that such a thing.

I believe Maw will always be found in Dreadnought's Drift by the statue of Grenth (could be Balthazar). If you run around a bit in that area you will cause Maw to popup.
