Why my R6 since today has no acces to Heroes Ascent ?

My character ranked 6 , since today has no acces to Team Arena and Heroes Ascent . On map is only Random Arena :/

Sounds like it's showing as a "new" character where you have to win 5 matches to get to the Team Arena, then 5 more to HA

i hate that they did that for new characters. its prolly tokeep the inexperienced out, but pvp is supose to be able to fight where-ever theres a challenge

The same happen to me as soon as I used the factions key.

I'm waiting a response from support but I suppose I should do ramdom arenas again.
