purle, gold armor: but no rune?

I found a purple armor, when i identified it, changed nothing.(just valued it). My guildmate experienced the same with a golden one. Is this a possible bug, or from now on if you find a coloured armor, it's possible that it does not contain a rune?

It's a bug. Take a screen shot and report it to Anet.
