There's a collector's ES focus. I have one on my elementalist.

It was previously a 'Scroll' that looked like a Flame Artifact, but the graphic changed suddenly into the 'Earth Scroll' type graphic.

+12 energy (9 energy storage req)
20% chance faster cast for ES skills
20% chance faster recharge for ES skills

Assuming you mean overall, rather than the PvP char creation screen.

It makes sense that a Smiting Foco would look like a rock. There are few items better suited to Smiting than rocks. Sticks give them a run for their money, and bricks are glorified rocks. I think that Smiting Focae should remain true to their roots in smitage. Smiting Fococo should not look like flowers or children, because these are things that you smite, not things that you smite with.
