mesmer best skill

im using a mesmer whats a good spell to use and where should i put my skill points into.

It depends on what you are trying to do. My guess is you're asking about PvE, in that case, Domination would be the way to go...then splitting points between Fast Casting and Inspiration (for energy management). If you search the forums, you should be able to find some builds to your liking.
