halves Casting Time of Death magic spells (Chance: 20%)

Energy +12 (Req 9 Fire Magic)
Fire Magic +1 (Change 20%)
Health +30
Also..I know it's not worth much..but
Halo Axe
Dmg: 5-26 (req 10 axe mastery)
Dmg +15% (While health is above 50%)
Enchantments last 19% longer
Should I sell the axe? Or try and salvage the ench mod?

EDIT: I don't know..I haven't checked the collectors flaem artifact..but..it's a different skin..looks pretty cool actually. Not to mention..I have yet to see someone else with one.
