Divine boon not casting on allies?

Divine boon is not casting on allies for me.. I've tried going into RA, zaishen parties, HA it will not cast on allies for me and I tried it on strictly pvp char. and non-pvp char.. and 2 patches have been released since then and still no fix idk why? Any guesses guys and don't say reinstall.

Lol, you cast divine on yourself only and it applies to all party members. Always has been that way.

The problem is that killjoy has misinterpreted the skill. Divine boon is a non-targeted, maintained self-enchantment. It is cast only on yourself and there is no method to cast it on anyone else. While you maintain divine boon, spells cast on your target allies will heal them for +x Divine Favor bonus, +x Divine Boon bonus, + the effect of the skill itself. Each targeted spell you cast will cost you an additional 2e while you maintain Boon.
