Well.. I need to locate him, but he isn't there? He should be just out of the Monastery, but where the quest spot is.... no Sujun. What did my assassin do to you Sujun! When I go to the same spot with my warrior he does show up, too bad my warrior's already ascended and my assassin has the quest.
*edit, Ok.. i was told he doesn't appear when you have a pet, so I removed my pet. And he still doesn't spawn! AARGH

I have the same problem. I made a Rit and I've done the other find whoever quests, but Sujun is never there. I have tried several times with variations, but no luck. Any help appreciated!

I am also missing him.... just those stupid rabbit cages. I abandoned the quest and used Dash to rush over to where he was, but he is not there... and no mobs in sight. 
I am getting frustrated.

Today after going batty (thanks ANet :b) I think I solved it -
no Naga by him/no corpse for me but I had the defunct headstart quest
I don't think he spawns at all if you have it.
I was going to keep it (more Nagas, quest no longer available, game didnt remove) but it seems it would have been nicer if ANet did some housecleaning. I thought it'd now be impossible to do the series of quests and option for secondary there - I dropped it/re-added/relogged/completed others, retried etc etc
So I hadnt seen the naga comment here but wanted to come back - if yer close to pulling your hair out and are a completionist like me, if you have the first naga quest that was for fangs/targetting the tengu mask, abandon it. I'm not sure if subsequent ones left out there would do it too but if your having this problem you might release those as well.
Was driving me nutz!
So even though I have some re-treking around to do and some wasted time there, much happier I can actually do everything and no longer indefinately hosed.
