Getting out of Kaineng

By this I don't mean getting to Shing Jea, but rather getting in the direction of Kurzick and Luxon areas. Has anybody found out how to get there?

Follow the primary quests & missions. I didn't do the missions at first, completed all the quests tho, and bumped onto locked doors.

After doing the missions, the doors started opening.

Meh. And I hoped I could get around this, duh.

Yeah I don't know if I'm thrilled with this mechanic.
Unlike chp1 you try to get access to new towns/see new areas as you go.

Here you can run for quite awhile exploring and its like you've wasted a long period of time running into a dead end (particularly if you're w/o run skills).

Usually you end up mapping the heck out of there at that point :b
