Team Arena Bugged?

Hi There, well i'm a bit confused and mad.

I tried a houndred of times to get from Random Arena's to Team Arena's.
Finally a good team and we made it to win 5 times and i unlocked Team Arena's.

Today i wanted to do TA and try to get to Hero's Ascent.
But i can't

Team Arena's completly disapeared from my map.

Am i the only one? Is it just bugged cause the updates of factions?

unlocked? When were arenas ever locked?

Now you need to win Random Arena's 5 times to get to Team Arena's en you have to win Team Arena's 5 times to go to Hero's Ascent.
