My guild and I are stuck at Altrumm Ruins. The next stop is House zu Heltzer. The portal is there but it won't open. Has anyone been beyond Altrumm? If so, how? Is it bugged? Plz help before I rage quit!

Have u done the Sunjiang District Mission? i had same problem till i did that mission after which the gatekeeper would let me through..

You need to make sure you beaten all the primary missions until you get to pick a side. In your case you would take Kurzick.
