In the FPE the faction rewards guys in House Zu helter gave rewards. In the real version he stands there and doesnt do anything?

It was a preview back then afterall, things have changed etc etc. Prolly need to do something more before the amber starts rolling in.. Will have to explore that far on the weekend

Um...I can't even get to the House...
I've done both missions for the special urn (got all three rewards) and spear (got two), and every single primary quest I've come across...yet I still can't get into either of the major Faction cities.
A recently made friend told me that Jamei in the Keep outpost has the two quests to get to those cities...but that NPC gives me nothing.
Any ideas or solutions?

Nevermind. Stupid glitch with the NPC's not telling you they have quests. -_-

Okay, reached House zu Helzer now, as well as Cavalon.
Got both Befriending quests done, and neither of the Faction Rewards peeps say anything at all. They seem a bit bugged, especially when they don't say anything at all.

THe only place I have seen you can spent the faction is in your guildhall, the current alliance standing of your guild indicates which one you can hand over. Next to the 12vs12 guy

Afaik this is something only the leader of a guild can do at an Allegiance-NPC at the major Kurzic/Luxon cities.

Had the same problem since Yesterday afternoon when i got to House Zu Heltzer / Cavalon ( think i was 1 of the first as didn't see another player for around 4-5 hour lol ) i cant trade in my Factions for Amber / Jadite.
So i'm maxed on Faction for both sides and nothing to spend it on. atm theres no point me doing ne more faction point quests as it would just be a waste of points. Also where r the new runes? Did they 4get to put them in? or turn them on? or is there some prerequisits as BigTru mentioned? we need things like this cleared up quickly or Anet's Email intray is going to fill up very fast....

As far as I know traders only sell items/runes that other people have sold to them. With Factions being as new as it is, I think that it will be a while before the rune traders get a surplus stock in.
