The mission at "Vizunah Square".... One of the afflicted bosses is a ranger. He has broad head arrow.

Any place with afflicted bosses that has the ranger on rotation. The ranger afflicted boss carries BHA.

Boreas Seabed Mission

First 2 groups you fight have ranger bosses. Each caps Broad Head Arrow.

The second boss also caps Barrage.

You can easily hench it.

ok.. none of those i know for sure work.. if you havnt found it yet and still want it.. its in the Sunjiang District Explorable area the bosses name is the somthing Haun but hes not hard to find just walk outside of the town Zin Ku Corridor exiting the SE portal by the weapons guy.. I wish somone would explain it to me that simple for Temple Strike.. i cant find it

I Found it WOOHOO!! GO ME!! Uh, you can cap Broad Head Arrow in the Boreas Seabed mission. I've done it a few times and have capped it.
