Error 13

Hi

Just loaded up factions and each time I select a character, it comes up with error 13 'guild wars is unable to complete the operation' or something along those lines.

Any ideas why?

Most of the GW community got that during the updates. I was wondering why heroes ascent 1 only had 2 people in it lol
