The title says it all. Looking for one as cheap as possible and I DONT Need enchantment mods whatsoever... this is for a runner. Please post what you got. Thanks

If you're just looking for +5 energy as cheap as possible, no need for mods, then just get the +5 energy wand from outside Nolani.. all it takes is 3 charr carvings
