After the last mission is an exploreable area where to craft this armor and also some nice weapons, aswell as to cap a new very very cute pet. 
You need 400 Scales and 40 Fure Squares.

The new secret pet in this Area is the Phoenix. Don't say to give a pic here, it already posted somewhere on the forum. All I can say is: Damn its big for a bird. BTW return to the topic, Nice armor but I dont like the mask thought. They look like assassins mask
