character titles

I was just wondering, are the titles character or account based?
I'm sorry if this info is available on guildwars.com, but the computer I am working on doesn't have permission to access that site

Some titles are account based, most are character based. The info is here in the forums. Use the search feature (it's down sometimes though) or it's probably on the first page of one of the appropriate forums.

Right, some are account based and some are character based. In the 4/26 release, as examples they listed the following:

* Canthan Explorer. You must explore 60% of Cantha to earn the first level of this title. (Character based.)
* Skill Hunter. You must capture 90 Elite skills to earn the first level of this title. (Character based.)
* Gladiator. You must have 25 win-streaks of 10 consecutive wins in the Random Arenas maps to earn the first level title. (Account based.)
* Champion. You must win 50 high-rated GvG battles to earn the first level of title. (Account based.)
