err wtf? why a 10 energy 20 recharge sword skill? -changing it to .5 speed does NOT balance.... this skill is now completely retarded
why not make it a 5eng/10 sec/.5 attack skill as a slight beefing of swords to reward those who break out the axe cliche by allowing them to take savage instead of distracting b low
Power Spike: decreased recharge time to 12 seconds
i do not think beefing up mesmer interrupts was necessary, especiall this one that was key in adding additional damage to migraners
