At 20% armour penertation, your going to do about 40% extra damage to a 100AL target. You will get this once in 5 hits. In the same 5 hits you will have inflicted an additional 15 or 25 damage if you were using a vampiric weapon (depending on the weapon type). You will also have gained a very marginal net self heal, but we can ignore this.
Thus in order to match a vampiric you would have to be hitting at 38 or 63 mean damage against a 100AL target, which translates to a weapon with mean damage of 76 or 126 before armour.
On a 60AL target, you'll do 23% more damage once in 5 hits, which works out as 65 or 108 mean stated damage.
If you ever find such a weapon, call me
Sundering 20/20 - is Sundering finally a good mod?

For my Crazy warrior build 20-20 sundering is a god send! I run strength in 13 (even before that new sentinel armour) so had a high percentage armour penetration anyway but an extra 20 every so often is damned effective
Winx.ZN
PvE Wise: (wouldnt run this in pvp)
Use Primal Rage along with the posted above and it works pretty nicely. It has its very limited uses but is fun to mess around with. Lots of criticals and if yer lucky lots of extra 20% armor penetration (go ahead and throw judges on before you trigger primal and its even more fun, when the mod doesnt trigger judges will anyway).
Hmm.. wonder if you trigger judges->frenzy->primal what would happen...(with a 20/20)
